MarketForMe

Marketing that runs itself.

Our own marketing agency brand, built as a SaaS product. Visitors run a self-serve audit of their website in a few minutes before giving any details, buy further audits from their own account, and every enquiry lands in a lead inbox the team works from.

Marketing that runs itself.

The story

How it came together.

Outcome

A live product that does the agency's first sales step: a visitor gets a useful audit in minutes, pays for more without talking to anyone, every lead is stored and tracked from the first click, and the team follows up from one inbox.

Problem

Most agency sites ask for an email before they give anything back, and the enquiries they do win land in a shared mailbox. We wanted MarketForMe to show a visitor what is costing them leads first, then capture, score and follow up every enquiry in one place, without promising rankings or results it cannot back up.

Approach

One application, built as two products that share a database: a self-serve audit tool with accounts and paid credits, and the agency's lead system behind it. The audit came first, because it is the part a visitor judges the agency by; payments, lead capture and the staff inbox were built around it.

The recipe

How we built MarketForMe.

  1. An audit that is safe to run on any site

Anyone can point the audit at any website, so the part that reads a site was built defensively before anything else. It sees only what a search engine would see, and it refuses anything that is not a public website.

  2. Checks that are facts, not opinions

Speed, SEO basics, tracking and lead capture are measured from the site itself, so every line in a report points at something a visitor can go and see.

  3. An AI summary built on measured results

AI turns the results into a plain-English score and the few issues worth fixing first. It works only from what was measured, and it never promises rankings or results, because the agency does not.

  4. A free tier that stays fair

The first audit is free and further audits are paid credits. Safeguards keep the free tier from being farmed, and credits are only issued for confirmed payments.

  5. Leads saved first, everything else after

Every enquiry is stored before anything else happens, then routed to the team and into follow-up, so no lead is lost if a later step fails.

  6. An inbox the team actually works from

Staff work leads from one inbox with roles, scoring, reminders and a pipeline, alongside the customer accounts that bought credits.

  7. Fast on a phone, 3D included

The page a visitor lands on is plain and quick, and the 3D scenes and animation load only once they start interacting, so it stays fast even on a slow mobile connection.
