GoHighLevel

GoHighLevel developers for custom builds.
Inside your account, not beside it.

Need a GoHighLevel developer for more than a template? IrenicTech builds custom integrations, workflows and AI agents inside your own account, and pairs them with n8n where GoHighLevel stops. We are not a GoHighLevel reseller or certified partner. We are engineers who have shipped production systems on it, and two of them are published in full below.

Who it is for

Who hires a GoHighLevel developer from us

  • Teams at the edge of the workflow builder

Your pipeline already lives in GoHighLevel, and the process you need now has more branches, systems or retries than the builder handles well.

  • Clinics and care providers

Bookings arrive by phone, form and chat, and front-desk staff spend the day confirming, reminding and chasing no-shows.

  • Contractors and B2B sales teams

Not every enquiry deserves the owner's calendar. A qualification rule should route it before anyone reads it, and the deal history should follow it into delivery.

  • Anyone hiring a GoHighLevel expert for one hard problem

One integration that keeps breaking, or one workflow nobody wants to touch. A fixed scope suits that well.

What we build

What we build in GoHighLevel

  • Custom integrations

GoHighLevel connected to what sits around it: two way Microsoft 365 calendar sync, Fathom meeting evidence, EHR sync through authenticated APIs, and n8n for anything that spans several systems.

  • GoHighLevel workflows with real branches

Custom fields carry context between steps, so a later branch reads what an earlier one learned instead of asking the customer again.

  • Intake on one pipeline

Web forms and a GoHighLevel chat agent feeding a single pipeline, so an enquiry arrives the same shape whichever channel it came through.

  • Booking, reminders and fallbacks

Confirmation on booking, a day-before reminder, and an SMS fallback through Twilio for when a voice confirmation does not connect, each fired against the booking record.

  • Outcome-based follow-up

Attendance checked back against the record, then the path splits: a satisfaction check-in for the visit that happened, a rebook prompt for the one that did not, and a ClickUp task when a person has to step in.

  • AI agents and call intelligence

Voice agents on Vapi, models from OpenAI and Anthropic, and GoHighLevel Voice Intelligence attributing calls to pipeline stages, with a human fallback when the attribution is unclear.

Where GoHighLevel stops and n8n starts

GoHighLevel automation is good at what lives next to a contact record: pipelines, calendars, conversations and campaigns. It is not an orchestration engine. Once a process fans out across several systems, needs one failed step retried without replaying the rest, or lets an agent choose between more than a couple of options, that logic belongs in n8n, with GoHighLevel kept as the system of record. See our n8n automation work.

Healthcare

HIPAA-aware GoHighLevel setups

Start with the vendor's own position. GoHighLevel's HIPAA documentation says accounts are not HIPAA compliant by default, and that HIPAA is a paid upgrade that enables encryption of ePHI, business associate agreements, audit logging and MFA enforcement. Check that page for the current terms and for what it requires of your agency.

That covers the platform's side. The workflow still has to be built for it. In our published healthcare system that meant minimal data in transit, access-controlled fields on every patient record, an audit trail of every automated action, restricted access to call recordings with a defined retention policy, and EHR access through authenticated APIs only, with no PHI held in automation tools beyond what the workflow needs.

How it works

How a GoHighLevel engagement runs

Most work starts as a fixed-scope automation sprint: intake, scheduling and booking, or workflow orchestration. Most productized engagements ship in weeks rather than quarters.

  1. 01

    Map the process

We draw every branch first, including the cases your team handles by instinct. We do not quote before we have seen it.

  2. 02

    Agree a fixed scope

A written scope and a fixed price for the sprint. Larger builds across several systems are quoted after the map.

  3. 03

    Build in your account

The work happens in your account, not ours. The workflows, prompts and branch logic stay yours.

  4. 04

    Test the failure paths

No-shows, unanswered calls, duplicate submissions and misread forms get tested, because that is where these systems break.

  5. 05

    Hand over

Runbooks for your team, and a plan for the next process worth automating.

GoHighLevel development: common questions

  • What does a GoHighLevel developer do that a GoHighLevel consultant does not?

A consultant usually configures what the platform already offers and advises on how to use it. A developer also builds what it does not offer: integrations, n8n orchestration, AI agents and custom logic. We do both, and start by working out which one you need.

  • Are you GoHighLevel experts or a certified partner?

We have delivered production systems on GoHighLevel, and two are published on this page. We are not a GoHighLevel reseller or certified partner, and we do not resell sub-accounts. We build in yours.

  • Do you build inside our GoHighLevel account or your own?

Yours. Your team keeps working where it already works, and the workflows, prompts and branch logic stay with you when the engagement ends.

  • Can GoHighLevel automation connect to n8n?

Yes, and that pairing is most of what we ship. GoHighLevel stays the system of record for contacts, pipelines and calendars, while n8n handles whatever spans several systems.

  • Is GoHighLevel HIPAA compliant?

GoHighLevel's documentation says accounts are not HIPAA compliant by default, and that HIPAA is a paid upgrade enabling encryption of ePHI, business associate agreements, audit logging and MFA enforcement. The workflows built on top still need their own safeguards, which this page covers.

  • How much does GoHighLevel development cost?

Price varies with scope. Productized sprints are fixed-price, and larger builds across several systems are quoted after discovery, once the branch map shows the real surface area.
