## Overview

A travel booking platform for an Asia specialist operator: curated packages with modular add-ons and live pricing, Stripe-backed payments, and an admin dashboard the team runs the whole business from.

## Problem

The operator sold bespoke Asia itineraries over email and spreadsheets. Every quote was assembled by hand, every add-on repriced manually, and publishing new packages or travel content meant going back to a developer.

## Approach

We built the public site and the admin dashboard as one Next.js application on Supabase. Packages carry modular add-ons that reprice the total live as a traveller ticks them, booking requests flow into Stripe Checkout, and every package, destination, booking, inquiry and CMS block is editable by the team without a deploy. A separate n8n and OpenAI pipeline researches, writes and publishes travel articles to the blog on its own schedule.

## Outcome

The operator quotes, sells and gets paid without leaving the dashboard, and the blog keeps publishing without anyone writing a post.
