## Overview

A services marketplace where clients buy web, mobile, UI/UX, and 3D work as productised packages, Basic, Standard, Premium, with customisation built in.

## Problem

Professional services don't fit Stripe checkout. Scope changes, packages vary, and clients want to negotiate. Building a marketplace meant designing a pricing model that bends without breaking.

## Approach

Three-tier package structure per service, a customisation layer on top for non-standard requirements, and an ordering flow that lets buyers self-serve up to a clear boundary before a human steps in.

## Outcome

A marketplace that productises agency work. Clients browse and buy bundled packages, then customise within scope, without 30-minute discovery calls for every quote.
