## Overview

A conversational AI assistant built on Gemini, with text and image input, saved conversations, favourites, and an admin surface for usage analytics.

## Problem

Off-the-shelf chatbots either look generic or lock customers into one vendor. The product layer, saved threads, favourites, multimodal input, account history, is where the value lives.

## Approach

Gemini for the reasoning core, Firebase for accounts and conversation state, Flutter for a single codebase across iOS and Android. Designed admin analytics so operators can see how the bot is actually being used.

## Outcome

A conversational assistant that handles text and images, remembers context per user, and exposes meaningful product analytics to operators.
