## Overview

A fitness platform serving both ends of the market. Trainees get on-demand workouts and live sessions, trainers get a toolkit to build a business.

## Problem

Fitness apps either serve trainees (Peloton-style content) or trainers (booking tools). A single brand could own both sides if the product handled scheduling, content publishing, and live sessions in one place.

## Approach

Designed the trainer and trainee experiences as one app with role-aware flows. Live sessions, scheduled workouts, on-demand library, and a creator surface so trainers can package and sell programs.

## Outcome

One mobile platform connecting trainees with certified trainers. Bookings, live coaching, on-demand content, and a path for instructors to grow a global brand.
