## Overview

A full food-delivery ecosystem in three parts: a customer app, a rider app, and an admin backend. Live tracking, Mapbox-routed deliveries, and split-cart checkout across restaurants.

## Problem

Most delivery apps tackle one side. Restaurants get a dashboard, customers get an app, and the rider experience is glued together with SMS. Coordination breaks under load.

## Approach

Designed and shipped all three surfaces against one shared backend on AWS Amplify. Mapbox for routing, real-time order state synced across customer, rider, and restaurant, and a clean separation of concerns so each surface stays simple.

## Outcome

Customers order, riders deliver, and admins manage from one connected stack. Live tracking across the funnel, no third-party glue.
