## Overview

Real-time messaging with voice, video, and media sharing, built on Agora and Firebase for sub-second delivery at global reach.

## Problem

Building a chat app is easy until you add voice calls, group video, and reliable delivery across spotty networks. Off-the-shelf SDKs don't cover the product layer that makes users come back.

## Approach

Agora for media transport, Firebase for state and auth, a careful product UX layer for group management, friend requests, media sharing, and a dark-mode-first interface.

## Outcome

One-to-one and group chat with HD voice/video calls, image and video sharing, and a UI that doesn't get in the way. Live across iOS and Android from a single React Native codebase.
